Clinical Research Coordinator

Full time position will manage all aspects of clinical research studies. Responsibilities will include obtaining patient consents, assuring adequate protection of subjects, ensuring compliance with protocol guidelines and requirements of regulatory agencies, ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient data collected and study documentation. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Two years experience as a site level study coordinator and phlebotomy skills required. Clinical Research Coordinator certification preferred.

RN Case Manager

Full time position responsible for leading interdisciplinary team, while providing direct patient care and performing ongoing nursing assessments of patient and family needs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing the nursing plan of care. Positions will work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

LPN

PRN openings with our Elizabeth House team and Continuous Care team. LPNs needed to provide direct patient care and perform specific procedures as indicated on the patient’s plan of care. Day or night shifts available, days of the week varied. Schedule flexibility is needed.

Associate Hospice Medical Director

Physician needed with hospice experience to provide physician leadership and clinical support for hospice and palliative care teams. We currently have 7 physicians and 9 NP/PA's providing hospice and palliative care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home settings. Qualified physician must have knowledge and experience in pain and symptom management, a desire to be a member of an interdisciplinary group, and be interested in providing holistic care. A background in geriatrics, oncology, and/or board certification in hospice and palliative medicine is preferred. Research and teaching opportunities are available.
