Medical Records Assistant

The medical records assistant will be responsible for filing and entering documentation. Required knowledge of excel, word, and other programs. Knowledge of Suncoast, Palliative and Hospice processes are preferred. Some billing, coding and medical records experience a plus. Must be a team player. Position will work part time 20 hours per week.

LPN

PRN openings with our Admissions department and Continuous Care team. LPNs needed to provide direct patient care and perform specific procedures as indicated on the patient’s plan of care. Day or night shifts available, days of the week varied. Schedule flexibility is needed.

Associate Hospice Medical Director

Physician needed with hospice experience to provide physician leadership and clinical support for hospice and palliative care teams. We currently have 7 physicians and 9 NP/PA's providing hospice and palliative care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home settings. Qualified physician must have knowledge and experience in pain and symptom management, a desire to be a member of an interdisciplinary group, and be interested in providing holistic care. A background in geriatrics, oncology, and/or board certification in hospice and palliative medicine is preferred. Research and teaching opportunities are available.

Palliative Medicine Physician

Physician needed to join two board certified palliative medicine physicians and 9 NPs/ PAs doing palliative medicine consultations in our community. Physician will be primarily working in hospital consultation setting, but have opportunities to work in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home settings. Experience in hospital consultations and/or board certification in hospice and palliative medicine is preferred. Research and teaching opportunities are available.
